Cheri Reed

34 years of Aerospace and Defense experience in customer-facing roles with the goal of partnering with them to ensure their success. Advising on key aspects of the business. 

Cheri has held a variety of positions in Program Management and Business Development at organizations such as BAE, RadiantBlue, Alion, General Dynamics, Oracle, and Microsoft, all centered on ensuring the success of the DoD and Intelligence Community. She also implemented the Saffron Cognitive AI Solution in support of DoD requirements and Intel Corporation. Prior to retirement, she led CREED Strategies, LLC, whose goal is to bring national defense community domain expertise to bear for small defense contractors to help them shape customer requirements, and cost-effectively prepare for proposal responses with proven approaches. "Creating a compelling proposal shouldn’t be harder than developing innovative technologies."

Cheri is a champion of sensor data analysis to inform decision-making, OSINT and AI, which are well-aligned with OBE's future product development efforts. 

Ron Cole

Over 50 years of Aerospace and Defense Experience, Advising on Strategy and Business Development

Ron is an experienced President skilled in Intelligence Analysis, Government, Intelligence, Operational Planning, and Organizational Leadership. Much of his career was spent with the National Security Agency, followed by key leadership roles at Scitor Corporation, the ADF-C (https://www.buckley.spaceforce.mil/Units/), and Riverside Research. He currently leads his own consulting organization, I2C2 LLC, which specializes in Analysis of Alternatives, Mentorship, Collaboration, Proposals, Requirements, Policy, and Research.

Part of honoring commitments is being realistic in which commitments we make – for example, don’t promise something today because it feels like the right thing to say if you won’t have time today.

All employees participate in the implementation and maintenance of our QMS, including risk-based thinking, identification of non-conformances, and continuous improvement of our processes.
